We are seeking an experienced Crane & Rigging (Working) Supervisor to lead our team in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality lifting services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing field personnel, including job planning, team management, safety compliance, and coordination with other departments to ensure project success. The candidate may be required to operate cranes when not required as field supervision. This position reports directly to Branch Manager. The ability to effectively lead, supervise and troubleshoot complex heavy lifts, ensure compliance with operational and safety policies, and empower strong team dynamics will be crucial for the successful applicant.
